1. Account Activation and Maintenance

1.1. Account Activation: To activate your account, an initial order should be a minimum of $500 within 30 days of account approval. Failure to comply may result in account closure.
1.2. Order Requirement : To maintain the account, it is required to place an order at least once a year. Accounts with no activity for one year may be closed without notice.
1.3. Minimum Order Amount (MOA): The minimum order amount is $200 per order.


2. Product & Service Information

2.1. Quality Assurance: Our products are 100% authenticity guaranteed.
2.2. Product Description: While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, images, and specifications are not guaranteed to be error-free
2.3. Pricing: Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
2.4. UPC : EXOD only provides the UPCs of purchased products along with invoices. 
2.5. Catalogue:  Complete product range of EXOD is listed on the website. No alternative catalogue formats are available.
2.6. Testers: Testers are not provided.


3. Discounts

Discounts are offered based on the purchase amount and are not cumulative and apply to a single order only

4. Notification

Upon placing an order, EXOD will provide information on:
- Expiry Date:  Items expiring within 12 months.
- Short Supply: Items with limited stock availability.


5. Payment

Orders can be placed on our website without immediate payment. Payment is requested via email with the final invoice after order completion.

The shipment could be on hold until we receive the cheque.

Paypal

PayPal app is required on your phone. A 2% commission fee will be added to the order value.

Credit card

Not accepted.


6. Documentation

EXOD provides only an invoice with each order. No additional documents are available.


7. Return and Refund

7.1. Return Eligibility: To initiate a return process, confirmations are required from EXOD. No returns accepted for used or opened items.
7.2. Standard Return: Returns are accepted within two weeks; return shipping costs are not covered by EXOD and a 10% restocking fee based on the item's price is charged.  
7.3. Shipping Damage / Wrong Item: MUST be reported within 48 hours with photo proof.
7.4. Refund Process: Refunds are issued after inspecting the returned item. Full refunds may not be issued for products damaged during return, as they must be in original packaging and in a sellable condition to be eligible.
