Shipping policy
1. Regular Practice
1.1. Scheduling: Post-payment confirmation.
1.2. Tracking Number: Provided upon shipment.
1.3. Fees : Shipping fee is calculated based on order total before tax.

2. Cold-Sensitive Products
EXOD implements Express Air Shipping for cold-sensitive items to prevent damage.
2.1. Applicable products: Water-based skincare products and those in glass bottles such as serums, Essences, toners, ampoules, lotions, emulsions, etc.
2.2. Fees: Informed prior to dispatch; 50% of shipping fee charged regardless of order amount.
2.3. Assessment: Based on weather conditions, shipping distances, and product packaging, etc.
2.4. Customer Choice: Customers may opt for standard shipping instead of express shipping. In doing so, the customers accept full responsibility for any potential cold-related damages to the products during transit.
3. Rural Area
3.1. Fees: Additional shipping charges may apply, varying by location.
4. Delays
EXOD is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, customs, and/or carrier delays.
5. Customer Responsibility
5.1. Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.
5.2. Any additional costs, delays, or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Warehouse Pickup
Picking up at the EXOD warehouse is possible. however, payment must be completed in full prior to pickup.
